Payments
and Refund Policy for Deposits and Payments: A $500 US Dollars deposit
is required to reserve your place on a tour. Payments shall be made by
personal check, bank check, credit-card check or Money Order and made payable
to: All One World. Payment of the deposit constitutes an agreement by you to pay the total cost of the tour at least 60 days prior to the first day of the tour. All cancellations must be made in writing and received by us by the deadlines below. The balance of your tour
payment can be paid by

For those living outside the United States: Payments can be made by bank draft in US Dollars or by filling out a credit card authorization form which can be faxed, mailed or emailed. Deposits can be made by telephoning with credit card information. ------------------------------------------------------- Cancellations: If you have registered for the Land Only tour (without air) your refunds are as following: If we receive a notice of cancellation from you 60 or more days before the tour begins we will return to you all monies received by us from you minus a $250 registration fee per person. If we receive a notice of cancellation from you 45-59 days before the tour begins we will return all monies received by us from you minus $500 US per person. If we receive a notice of cancellation from you 32-44 days before the tour begins we will return all monies received by us from you minus $1,000 US per person. If we receive a notice of cancellation from you 10-31 days before the tour begins we will return all monies received by us from you minus $2,000 US per person. If you cancel 9 days or less before the tour begins there will not be any reimbursement by us to you. Travel insurance is available to prevent such losses. ------------------------------------------------------- Cancellations: If you have registered for the tour including air your refunds are as above, but in addition, any charges incurred for the cancellation of your airline tickets will also be withheld and not refunded.
