Payments and Refund Policy for
All One World Egypt Tours

Deposits and Payments: A $500 US Dollars deposit is required to reserve your place on a tour. Payments shall be made by personal check, bank check, credit-card check or Money Order and made payable to: All One World.

To make your deposit using a credit card - Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express - contact us via email or telephone: 1-877-538-8836.

Payment of the deposit constitutes an agreement by you to pay the total cost of the tour at least 60 days prior to the first day of the tour. All cancellations must be made in writing and received by us by the deadlines below.

The balance of your tour payment can be paid by personal check, bank check, credit-card check or Money Order and made payable to: All One World.

For those living outside the United States: Payments can be made by bank draft in US Dollars or by filling out a credit card authorization form which can be faxed, mailed or emailed. Deposits can be made by telephoning with credit card information.

Cancellations by Travelers: If you have registered for the Land Only tour (without air) your refunds are as follows:

If we receive a notice of cancellation from you 120 or more days before the tour begins we will return to you all monies received by us from you minus a $250 nonrefundable registration fee per person.

If we receive a notice of cancellation from you 45-119 days before the tour begins we will return all monies received by us from you minus $500 US per person.

If we receive a notice of cancellation from you 32-44 days before the tour begins we will return all monies received by us from you minus $1,000 US per person.

If we receive a notice of cancellation from you 10-31 days before the tour begins we will return all monies received by us from you minus $2,000 US per person.

If you cancel 9 days or less before the tour begins there will not be any reimbursement by us to you. Travel insurance is available to prevent such losses.

Cancellations of tours by All One World: You will be given the following choice:

Receive a refund of all fees paid, minus the $250 nonrefundable registration fee per person.
Apply all fees you have paid to a future All One World tour.
