"Egyptologists' Egypt" with Amarna & Middle Egypt sites *Feb 27 - March 14, 2010* Day-by-Day Itinerary Well suited to those with a long-term interest in Ancient Egypt or those desiring a more thorough, in-depth tour. *Can be combined with "Luxor to Abu Simbel" (description below).	This tour offers the rare opportunity to visit Amarna and the Middle Kingdom tombs at Beni Hassan. It is also a chance to get off the beaten tourist route of Cairo-Luxor-Aswan and see the country life of the "real Egypt." Travel from Luxor to Aswan by road with stops at Edfu and Kom Ombo Temples. Overnight in Aswan and visit the Philae Isis Temple before boarding your Lake Nasser cruise for 4 nights, Aswan - Abu Simbel. The tour ends with a hotel night beside the the Cairo airport for easy departure.
